KONSEP PERGAULAN DALAM FIQIH MUNAKAHAT SEBAGAI PENYELESAIAN PERGAULAN BEBAS DI INDONESIA (STUDI SEBAB DAN SOLUSINYA)

Abstract

Free association can be interpreted as a relationship between humans that is free, loose, not bound by norms. One form is the association between the opposite sex, namely the interaction between men and women who are free without boundaries. It is undeniable that social conditions in society have been increasingly damaged. Many reports and survey results show this condition. The data displayed shows astounding and sad figures. If this damage is allowed to continue, it will destroy the nation's generation, and even destroy human civilization. For this reason, serious attention is needed from all parties. This research is a descriptive research with literature review method. Literature sources taken include verses from the Koran and hadith, writings by scholars, and online media. complete. Based on the literature search, it can be seen that the concept of Islam solves the problem of promiscuity, namely by strengthening individual piety, building a society that always does amar makruf nahi mungkar, also strengthening the existence of a state that maintains obedience to Allah.
