PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN FASILITAS MOBILE BANKING DAN AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINE (ATM) TERHADAP KEPUASAN NASABAH DALAM BERTRANSAKSI DI BANK SYARIAH (Studi Pada Masyarakat Kecamatan Banjarbaru Utara Kota Banjarbaru)

Abstract


The background in this research, in the current era of globalization, which is marked by progress in the global economy that can encourage business growth in the service sector. Sharia Banking provides Mobile Banking and ATM facilities to achieve customer satisfaction. By improving services regarding digitalis and banking facilities so that customer satisfaction can be maximized. The formulation of the problem in this study is that the use of Mobile Banking and ATM facilities has a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction and the use of Mobile Banking and ATM facilities has a partial effect on customer satisfaction. The type of research in this research is field research using quantitative methods. This type of research includes causal relationship research. The population in this study were customers who use Mobile Banking and ATM Bank Syariah in North Banjarbaru District whose number is unknown using the Resceo formula to determine the sample, namely the independent variable + dependent variable multiplied by 10 (3X10 = 30 samples but the researchers added 10 respondents so that the total the sample size is 40. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique with 40 respondents as the research sample.The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis.
