IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TEAM ASISTED INDIVIDUALIZATION (TAI) PADA MATA PELAJARAN AKIDAH AKHLAK UNTUK MENARIK MINAT BELAJAR SISWA DI MAN 3 HULU SUNGAI UTARA

Abstract


This study aims to determine the implementation of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model in the subjects of the Islamic Morals in order to attract student learning interest in achieving student achievement in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Hulu Sungai Utara both about the situation and conditions as well as the steps in the use of learning models The Team Assisted Individualization (TAI). This type of research is a type of field research with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the morality teacher uses the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model method when finding differences in students' ability to understand and answer questions raised by the teacher. By grouping students according to a measure of students' ability and learning achievement known by the teacher beforehand to discuss the answers to the questions raised by the teacher, then each group will present the results of their discussion in front of the class under the guidance of the teacher's Akidah Akhlak.
