Manajemen Perubahan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Ukhuwah Banjarmasin

Abstract


The important issue faced by the Indonesian people today is the quality of human resources and the quality of education. One of the most crucial factors in improving the quality of education is the availability of professional teachers who are able to carry out the task of learning with full responsibility and should be able to change attitudes and behavior in order to improve the quality of its performance in teaching. From the above thinking, then this study aims to describe the planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring changes in human resources in improving teacher performance in SDIT Ukhuwah Banjarmasin. The type of this research is field research under qualitative approach. The subject of the study was the school leaders/ principal of SDIT Ukhuwah Banjarmasin while the object was the change management of teacher resources in SDIT Ukhuwah Banjarmasin in improving their performance in teaching. Data were collected using interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the research are (1) planning; the planning is handled by the foundation board, especially the director of education operation and foundation quality controller, principal and vice principal every year, the form of activities such as training, coaching , Micro teaching, KKG, and MGMP; (2) organizing; division of labor based on personal expertise, grouping work using the term "coordinator", who participated in this activity is the entire board of SDIT Ukhuwah Foundation Banjarmasin; (3) implementing; ranging from teacher recruitment and selection planning, contract signing contracts, participating in in-service training for 3 months as the initial stage of change program for new teachers, and giving improvement of job satisfaction such as reward; and (4) monitoring; carried out by the principal with his staff.
